I have 59% marks in graduation, so can I apply for this course and what's the fee in B.Ed per year?

Hi,
Candidates should be Graduates in a school subject from a recognised university. Candidates with at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor's degree (General) or in the Master's degree in school subjects are eligible to apply. Total fees is 51000.
