I have 5years experience in BPO sector- Banking domain. I would like to change my career to finance, However, without wasting my experience

Please advise if there is any course relavant to HR as well as in Finance. Or, any HR with Finance work description?

Hi, If you are a graduate, then as per your profile pursuing MBA in finance would be the best option for you. In order to pursue full time MBA you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc
