I have 6.5 bands in IELTS. I want to go Canada for higher studies. Am I eligible to study in Canada?
I have competed my B.Sc in computer science last year with 47%.

as Your marks are low u may have to take bridge courses.get good scores in gre .get good scores on IELTS around 8. go for university courses with bridge courses or diploma courses u may do an MBA or MS frm a good university and will help u get a placement

Yes of course you're eligible to study in Canada but 47% is sounds like quite low score. I must advise you first of all search a course according to your graduation trend.
