I have 6 mnths of instructional designing experience, can u suggest a short term course which will be beneficial for me to be in this field

I am M.Phil in English Literature, have 4 yrs of teaching experience and 6 mnths of instructional designing but most of the good companies are looking for employees with three plus years of relevant experience , and that is where i am scoring less, plz suggest any skill upgradation course.
