I have 6-years gap between my 11th and 12 due to state of deep depression & want to be an IAS officer. Will this gap create any difficulty?

Not at all. The gap shouldn't make much difference. Though you may have to provide a affidavit stating your reason to do so if they asked for it. Rest assured, you will not be disqualified or asked to produce any extra document.
