The basic eligibility criteria of IIM for PGP/MBA programs is a Bachelor degree with minimum 50% of marks. Hence you are eligible for IIM Management courses. However the certain weightage or points are given to 10th, 12th and graduation marks in selection. So your 12th marks can be affect adversely. CAT is another important entrance exam, plays an important role in selection and the minimum CAT cutoff should be above 85 percentile for eligibility. What, Work experience, extra curricular activities and personal interview are the other parameters plays important role in the selection of a candidate.

You are eligible to give CAT exams which will further decide whether you make into IIM or not. CAT exam is the 1st screening step to get into the IIM. To write CAT exam the minimum eligibility criteria is 50% and above in graduation, 12th and 10th. So yes you are eligible to write CAT exam and depending upon the scores you get in this exam you have to apply into the Iims of your choice and score for further selection process.
