I have 60% marks in b, tech. From India and I'm from Nepal and I want admission in Germany. Can I apply for the good university in Germany?

Dear Ashraf, It possible. But to secure a good institute or university you need to have a Goog GRE, GRE(Subject) & IELTS/TOEFEL score.
