I have 61.2% in 12th (2010 passout) Madhya Pradesh Board from pcm stream can I opt for B.Com (Hons) Correspondence in Delhi University.

My Marks are: Physics : 061/100 Chemistry : 062/100 Mathematics : 037/100 English: 067/100 Hindi: 080/100 Already was enrolled in B.E. Civil which strictly didn't suit me and I got a year backlog with 11 out of 20 subjects in reappear. Do you recommend me B.Com (Hons)? Am I Eligible?
