I have 61.47 percentile in CMAT, 65+ throughout academics, NSS certificate university level, have 30+ month experience. What are my chances?

Chances are there. There is a balanced weight to both GDPI and your entrance exam marks. If you score good marks in GDPI then your entrance exam will not matter as much.

The score seems pretty low, that is why you would have to perform extremely well in GD and PI rounds to increase your chances. I wouldn't rule out your chances of getting selected, but be prepared to give your 100% during GD and PI rounds.
