I have 630427 rank in JEE Mains. Can I get admission in any NIT for B.Tech?

No, you will not get any NIT for BTech. However I'll suggest you to opt for some private college entrance exams so that you get a good college with a good branch.
Also, you haven't mentioned your category but if your'e from Pwd then there is some chances that you'll be getting.

No, it is very difficult to take admission in any NIT . If you belong to PWD, then you can get good NIT otherwise not possible. Prepare for NEET exam and best of luck for scoring well in the future.
