i have 64.4 percentage in my btech in elec and comm , is it possible for me to get into a good uniniversity in germany for doing my masters.

can you mention me courses that relates electronics and biology ..and about other courses which offers great job opportunities ...will it be a good idea to do masters in bio related electronics after doing btech in electronics will it affect my carrier growth i also plan to do phd..
