You are eligible is you clear the cut offs of either XAT/CAT/GMAT. There are no cut offs on academics published. The cut offs for entrance exams can be found at http://www.spjimr.org/pgdm/admission-shortlist-process.aspx

Work experience is not mandatory, however SPJIMR PGDM 2016-2018 admission process has been completed last week.
