I have 65.1428768 %ile. Can I get any IIIT or any government college? I have 108309 OBC rank in JEE Mains.

As per my knowledge, you have a high rank. You can get GFTI's but even the lower one where return of investment is low. So I suggest you to apply for State Government Colleges that are taking admission on the basis of JEE Main rank. So you can get a better college and you can also try there for off
