You may take provisional admission, book a seat. But you need to clear the compartment and fulfill the eligibility conditions or else your admission will be cancelled for B Tech CSE and you will have to seek admission in a lower program.

Yes, since it's a private autonomous university you can easily get admission though you won't get any sort of scholarship benefits unless you appear and score well in LPUNEST which is National Entrance and Scholarship Test for admission to various programmes in Lovely Professional University.
