Well a government college is out of question but you can try at private colleges through management.

With a 66 percentile, you may not be admitted to any college in Pune for a Bachelor of Pharmacy programme. However, you may be admitted into these colleges in Pune for CSE and IT. A list of colleges is
1-Zeal College of Engineering and Research, Pune for IT Branch.
