There is no such college as BITS Pilani-Delhi Bits have campuses at Pilani, Hyderabad and Goa. BITS take admission through BITSAT exam. I'm afraid your score in class 12th is too low for BITS, Pilani. They accept applications from all those who are interested in admission and then come up with admission and wait-list offers after each iteration.
