I have 66 percent marks in 12th and 82 in JEE and adv result awaits and my category is obc am I eligible to get admission in IIT?

No, you won't as the minimum score required in the board exam is 75% for the general and OBC students and 65% for the SC/ST students.

No, you will not get admission in IIT because your board percentage is less. Minimum 75% is required in 12th class for open and minimum 70% for SC/ST candidate.
