I have 68% in 10th, 64% in 12 and I will graduate this year with 67% and with 1year exp do I have a chance in in a good bschool

Yes you have good chance because you have above than average grade but you need to prepare for mat,cat,g-mat ,c-mat or n-mat according to the B-school requirement and do well in gd and pi round.

You will see most of them are high on academics but the most important is communication. Increase your communication skills, prepare nicely for all the entrance tests and you will do it.
