As per the NEET eligibility criteria:
Students from the General category need to achieve at least 50% marks in their 12th year Science subjects which include Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
The Minimum qualification standard for admission as an MBBS student is 40% aggregate in PCB for students who belong to the SC/ST/OBC category. So, if you belong to the SC/ST/OBC category, then you are eligible for the admission, else not. It also depends on the college to which you want to get admitted. Various colleges take admission to MBBS with 40 to 45% marks for the students belonging to the general category.
