i have 6band in speaking and 7 band in listening but i need 6.5 in speaking 7.5 in listening .how can i improvemy self

Speaking can be a Group Activity also.So, it is better if there is some interaction with the regular users of the language.For listening, concentrate on some English Movie everyday and listen intently for some time.Listen to VOA online.Listening is a passive activity and you require a lot of practic
