I have 7 backlocks in engineering but iam pass all subjects with 67.3%. I will get which university? And I get scalarship or not?

your result is improving. so there is no change in your career. u can get admission at any univercity. univercity want to see your improvement not your past. so be relax. u can get scholarship. and there are many option u can take education loan. gov.gives subcidy
