Hi,
Yes, you can definitely give JEE Mains 3rd time. But, remember my words that you can only give "JEE Mains" not advance, because one can give JEE Mains 3 time, but JEE advance gives only 2 chances. Inspite of this, there are many more equivalent entrance exams that you can give in 2017. So, I suggest you to prepare for those and give all those 4-5 exams with JEE Mains. -
You can only appear for JEE Mains and not for Advanced paper. You won't be able to get any of the colleges as you have not scored 75% in your board exam. -
Yes, you are eligible for JEE Mains but not for JEE Advanced. You are only eligible to attend the exam and you can only join government-funded colleges, you cannot take admission in NITs.
