    Hi,
    Yes, you can definitely give JEE Mains 3rd time. But, remember my words that you can only give "JEE Mains" not advance, because one can give JEE Mains 3 time, but JEE advance gives only 2 chances. Inspite of this, there are many more equivalent entrance exams that you can give in 2017. So, I suggest you to prepare for those and give all those 4-5 exams with JEE Mains.

    You can only appear for JEE Mains and not for Advanced paper. You won't be able to get any of the colleges as you have not scored 75% in your board exam.

    Yes, you are eligible for JEE Mains but not for JEE Advanced. You are only eligible to attend the exam and you can only join government-funded colleges, you cannot take admission in NITs.
