Hi, Yes, you can definitely give JEE Mains 3rd time. But, remember my words that you can only give "JEE Mains" not advance, because one can give JEE Mains 3 time, but JEE advance gives only 2 chances. You can only appear for JEE Mains and not for Advanced paper. You won't be able to get any of the colleges as you have not scored 75% in your board exam.

Yes, you are eligible for JEE Mains but not for JEE Advanced. You are only eligible to attend the exam and you can only join government-funded colleges, you cannot take admission in NITs.
