I have 72 in maths and 56 in physics in my 12th exam can I apply for the AFCAT exam?

Hi, This is the eligibility for AFCAT Education : Graduation (min 3 years) in any discipline with min 60% marks and have passed Maths and Physics as subject at 10+2 level B.E/ B.Tech from a recognised University with min 60% marks. Age Limit : 20 to 24 years.

Yes obviously, with a minimum of 60% marks each physics and mathematics at class 12th level.

Hi, To be eligible for AFCAT, you will have to have 60% marks in physics also. Since you have only 56 you will have to give the improvement exam and then you will be eligible to give the AFCAT exam.
