I have 73% in 12th but in a b.com 46% and passing since 2010.so can I join this course

Please let us know in detail which course you wish to pursue for better advice.
However as per your profile you may consider pursuing distance MBA program as in order to pursue this course you need to be graduate in any field.

but with 46% in graduation you can not join regular master degree.
you can join regular diploma courses.
