I have 73 percentile in JEE Mains. Which are the top colleges in Pune for CSE?

According to your JEE Main 2021 percentile ie 73. Unfortunately, you have no chances of getting seat in computer Science and engineering in engineering colleges in Pune. You can try more exam like WBJEE COMEDK, PSU to get the best college under the above mentioned examination.
