I have 74 percentile in JEE Mains and I am interested in CSE, IT, etc. What will my chances to get into an NIT or IIT?

It will totally depend on your category because for general or general EWS or OBC category, it is totally impossible to get CSE in NIT or IIT. Only chance is possible if you are from reserve category.
