every good engg college see ranks acheived in competitive exams,so it totally depends on ur rank in any competitive exam.basically no college gives admission solely on basis of 12th board exam marks.however u can get a seat through management quota.

u can choose d govt. collage bcz the simister fee is here very low ammount. also u can choose the techono india group collage or demed collage this is debdip solution
