Yes, you can easily get admission in the colleges, you desire with the marks you scored in JEE Main Exam.

Dear Tushar, For Amity B.Tech, you need to appear in Amity JEE exam. However, your class 12th marks are good. Based on your class 12th marks you may get admission (without entrance ) but firstly you need to contact the Amity Officials. Hope this helps. Good Luck.
