Your academics scores are decent. All the IIM A and B have a different CAT cut-off. Like IIM-A's minimum 80%ile and the sectional cut-off is also given weightage along with class 10th, 12th and graduation marks, and work exp. Your HS and IM marks are good. But don't aim for the minimum score. Aim for more than 98%ile. IIMs usually don't go lower than that.

You have a very good educational record. But to get a call from IIM, you must score between 95 to 98 percentile in CAT. You can check with last year's cut-off too on IIM website.

Usually, you need to get minimum 95+%ile to get a call from IIMB.

You need to get atleast 90 percentile in CAT to get a call from IIM-A, B, C.

Yes. IIMB does require the CAT exam, but the rest of the top B-schools in Bangalore also take in candidates through the state-level CET, ie, the Karnataka PGCET exam, or through MAT or CMAT.

IIM Calcutta has only mentioned accepting GMAT score for admission into EMBA courses.

However, CAT is commonly accepted by other similar institutes for both MBA and MBAEx courses. Thus, candidates are advised to ask admission desk for confirmation on this question.
