Based on your JEE Main percentile of 79 with OBC rank 79938, it may be difficult to get admission to the Electrical Engineering (EE) branch in the top-ranked NITs. Sir jossa councelling is based on crl rank aur category rank. I get 79 percentile. Can I get NIT. I am OBC.
