I have 8 internal and 1 external backlogs in B.Com. Can I get study permit for Canada? I had 55% in B.Com.
I scored 6.5 no less than 5.5. I have applied for global business management (Ontario graduate certificate).

If you apply under SPP, they accepts not more than 8 backlogs. For non SPP colleges 55% marks is not easily acceptable. You can email some colleges and get in touch with the college representatives and see what you can do.
