Hello, Yes, definitely there is not a single criteria to appear for JEE Mains examination unless, and until you failed to pass the class 12th. If you have passed the class 12th, then you can apply for JEE Mains.

So after taking the examination of JEE Mains you will have an option to fill college as per choice in counseling where you can go for college.
