I have 81% in 10th, 65% in 12th and 85% in B.Com. Can I get into top 10 B-schools like FMS, XLRI, JBIMS, etc. for MBA?
I failed in 1 subject in 12th but cleared it later with 70 marks.

FMS and XLRI do not care about past academics. You get 99.7+ and with only 10% weightage to past academic in FMS, it will be a sure shot convert. Beyond these B schools there would be many accepting you like MDI, NITIE, New Iims, provided you get a good percentile.
