I have 82.5 %ile in JEE Mains and I belong to OBC NCL category and have PwD rank of 165. Can I get any NIT or IIT?

Yes, with an 82.5 percentile and being an OBC NCL category student and PWD category candidate of rank 165, you do have chances to get admission into the Computer Science (CS) branch at some National Institute of Technology (NIT). For IIT, you will have to appear for the JEE Advanced exam.
