I have 82.7% in ISC boards and 100 marks in JEE main, and I am interested to pursue CSE from a college with good rank. What are my options?

I already took a drop of one year and cant take another one. I am looking forward to joining some reputed college in India whose degree is recognised abroad. Or i can also go abroad if I have some options there.
