i have 82% in Xth , 85% in XIIth GRAD SCORE - 58.3% and MAT 99.02 percentile ..would my grad score be a problem to convert the call?

That score is not a problem at all. They take into consideration only your performance during the admission process. It all depends on how you perform your GD, MP, WA and PI
