I have 83.4 in +2 CBSE and 84 in NATA. Can I get into IPU? I am from outside Delhi?

Sorry to say, but you will not get admission with this score in an architect college.
A score of 90+ is considered in NATA to get admission for B.Arch in various government colleges.
Also, for NITs and government colleges, you need a score of 300+ in JEE Mains paper 2.
So, try for any Private University
