No, it's not possible because it is very exceptional to get IIIT Bhubaneswar with 83 percentile in JEE Mains because the IIIT Bhubaneswar cut-off are very high for admission. It generally requires 90 percentile but if you are from SC ST category, you may have a chance to get a seat till the last rou
