To secure 95 percentile in JEE Mains, you need to prepare well enough work harder. As you previously scored 85 percentile you must be a good student, so now you just need to solve more and more problems, PYQs, and increase your study time. All the best and work hard.

Firstly, it is a commendable score without preparation. You can work 4-5 hours on self-study for JEE Mains, or take coaching to advance your basics, and further stay consistent, with that. You will be able to score 95 percentile easily, in JEEMAINS.
