I have 85% in 10th, 71% in 12th and 70% in my graduation. Will I get a call from IIMs if my CAT score is 95-97 %ile?

For General category students, the minimum cut off percentile is 95-100, for reserved category students, IIM cut off percentile is 85-95. The IIM cut offs vary campus wise. But most of the new Iims have low cutoff like IIM Shillong is having cutoff of 70per in CAT.
