    First thing you have not cleared JEE Mains and the second thing you have not mentioned the colleges in which you want the admission, you can get CSE in many colleges but through JEE Mains score it will be difficult. So try for private universities like BITS, VIT and even you can go for Manipal but in the main campus only if you belong to general category.
