I have 88% in 10th and 72.77% in 12th Science and a CGPA of 9.84 in B.Tech. Is there any chance of getting shortlisted by top IIMs?

Your academic background is good enough for getting top IIMs. However, performance in CAT and PI played major roles in selection.
