I have 88% in Xth, 69% in XIIth and 58.08% in BE as well as 91.22 percentile in CMAT 2018.
Wili I get a call from Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai this year, as a friend of mine with 94 percentile in CMAT last year didn't receive a call? Should I apply for it? I have represented Maharashtra state cricket team at national level which would be my extra curricular achievement.

You have good academic background. Regarding call for admission, it would be better if you check with the college website and the minimum cutoff required to get a call from the institute. Every year the criteria changes for the admission or GD-PI call, hence I would suggest you to get in touch with the institute, or current year students of that institute. -
