I have 89.4% in 10th, 71.4% in 12th & 8.74 CGPA in B.Tech &have 35 months of work experience. Expecting 90+ percentile. What are my chances?

Hi Priyanka, last year general cutoff was 93.XX and as the CAT score weightage is 75% in the merit list a lot depends upon your CAT score. So above 94 you have good chances for DFS. If you have applied for DBE as well then you have good chances because DBE's cutoff is 90 percentile.
