I have 9.0 CGPA in 10th and 78% in 12th (with PCMB). What should I do? I am not interested in doing general B.Sc.

If you have confidence in yourself, then go for UG-NEET and AIIMS and secure a MBBS seat in government Medical College, because India needs capable doctors.
