I have 9.5 GPA in 10th, 90% in 12th & 75% in B.Com. My B.Com is not from a good college too. Can I get in? If not, which colleges can I get?

It depends on how you perform in XAT and then in GD-PI. What matters is your knowledge of the respective field, not the college you studied in.

Hi, You have a pretty good academic background and you can get into any of the premier B-schools that you would want to, whether it's IIM BLACKIS, XLRI, FMS, etc. Just prepare well for CAT and XAT and you are good to go.

Yes, you can get admission in any college. Completing your education for any college doesn't make a difference on whether you are selected or not. You can definitely get into a PGDM course in either Business Management or Human Resource Management in XLRI. You will have to clear cut-off scores for XAT, and then clear GD-PI rounds to get an admission.
