    Dear Nihith,
So far your academics is good. However to get into XLRI, you need to score a very good marks in their entrance exam also. That indeed a good college so entrance will also not going to held very straightforward. Don't worry about the brand values of your college. In PG admission, what matters is "your" value, your college's brand is least preferred.
    Hope this helps.

It depends on how you perform in XAT and then in GD-PI. What matters is your knowledge of the respective field, not the college you studied in.

    Hi,
You have a pretty good academic background and you can get into any of the premier B-schools that you would want to, whether it's IIM BLACKIS, XLRI, FMS, etc. Just prepare well for CAT and XAT and you are good to go.

Yes, you can get admission in any college. Completing your education for any college doesn't make a difference on whether you are selected or not. The important thing is to be able to get a good CAT/XAT score and giving a good interview. Your grades in college are important but that doesn't mean that you can't get in any college for that matter.

You can definitely get into a PGDM course in either Business Management or Human Resource Management in XLRI. You will have to clear cut-off scores for XAT, and then clear GD-PI rounds to get an admission.
