I have 9 back logs in engineering. Can I get a PG degree program in a Canadian University?
I have completed my engineering in computer science with 6.91 CGPA and have 9 backlogs. I have done internships as well as have a work experience in web development. I scored 70% in 12th grade and 85% in 10th. I want to pursue MS in Canada.

Hello Divesh,
Yours is really interesting case. Your CGPA is reasonably well but you have passed with backlogs. If the competition is intense then your chances are slim, but if less students apply, then you may get a look in.
