I have 9 backlogs in BE. Can I go Canada for studies?
I have total 9 backlogs in my graduation. I cleared all the backlogs. Can I get admission for any course in Canada?

No, you can't go to Canada. You have to clear the backlogs first.

It's better to clear your backlogs and go to Canada because some colleges may accept now but later they may trouble you.

Some of the colleges may accept. Try it out. You are not wasting any money by applying, only application fees which again is waived in many colleges.
