I have 9 years of experience in International BPO. I am interested to become SAP SD or ERP consultant. Does it will be the right decision ?
Completed MBA IB. I have 8 years experience working in SAP SD back office operation (Not a consultant). However if I am going to study any course SAP SD does my previous experience will help me to get a job as an experience consultant ?

As you have exp of BPO you should chose CRM or HR
