I have 90 %ile in JEE Mains paper 2. What will be my rank in SC category? Do I have a chance to get into SPA Vijaywada?

    SPA Vijayawada require 98 percentile if you belong to general category and 90-95 percentile or above if you belong to reserved category. Closing rank is around 20000 ( for SC). So you have chances.
